Requirements Before Registration
To ensure your child is ready to join Routley FC Academy, please ensure you meet the following requirements before completing the official registration process:
Age Eligibility: Your child must fall within the accepted age range for our academy programs (typically ages 5–16).
Waiver Agreement: You must be prepared to read and electronically agree to the club's liability waiver and consent forms during the sign-up process.
Medical Information: You must have accurate, up-to-date medical history and any necessary allergy or emergency contact information readily available.
Commitment to Attendance: You must commit to ensuring the player attends sessions regularly and punctually as scheduled for the chosen term.
Fee Understanding: You must be aware of the applicable term or monthly fees and be prepared to make the initial payment upon registration or before the first session.
