Past Achievements
Since our founding in 2022, Routley FC has quickly established itself as a competitive force. We won the Academy Super League (ASL) league in our early seasons and continued our success in the Fraser Valley Soccer League (FVSL).
In our first U19 Premier League season, we finished top 3 in the table and reached the cup finals. Building on these successes, we are aiming to dominate the league again this coming spring.

Carson Rassak
Carson Rassak is an attacking midfielder who has been with Routley FC since the very beginning. A quick and dynamic playmaker, he excels at creating chances and driving the attack. Developed through the Routley FC system, Carson has progressed to the Vancouver Whitecaps second team, showcasing his growth, talent, and relentless work ethic.

Jawad Jawansheer
Jawad Jawansheer is a dynamic winger known for his ability to dominate with both feet, combining speed, aggression, and creativity in the final third. His explosive playstyle makes him a constant threat in wide areas. In May, Jawad competed in the TST Tournament in North Carolina with Team Drip FC, showcasing his talent on a higher stage.

Jawad Jawansheer is a dynamic winger known for his ability to dominate with both feet, combining speed, aggression, and creativity in the final third. His explosive playstyle makes him a constant threat in wide areas. In May, Jawad competed in the TST Tournament in North Carolina with Team Drip FC, showcasing his talent on a higher stage.
JJ Janzen
JJ Janzen is a highly pacey midfielder and winger with exceptional technical ability, capable of creating moments of magic on the field. A longtime member of Routley FC since the early days, JJ developed through the club’s pathway and now plays for the Trinity Western University first team as well as Unity FC in League1 BC, showcasing his quality at both university and semi-professional levels.

JJ Janzen is a highly pacey midfielder and winger with exceptional technical ability, capable of creating moments of magic on the field. Josiah Hogewoning is an explosive winger known for his ability to take defenders on and create danger around the top of the box. His direct playstyle and confidence in 1v1 situations make him a constant attacking threat. Having developed through Routley FC, Josiah now plays with both Unity FC in League1 BC and the Trinity Western University first team, continuing to elevate his game at higher levels.

Gabriel Souza Maia
Gabriel Souza Maia has been with Routley FC since the earliest days, beginning at the Division 2 level and rising rapidly through the ranks. After just two years of focused development, he now competes in the BCSPL with Coastal FC, reflecting his dedication and growth. A versatile attacking threat capable of playing anywhere across the front line or midfield, Gabriel is also Routley FC’s all-time leading goalscorer, with approximately 40 goals to his name.
